MOME OPEN is the official platform of over 50 different adult trainings and courses and advanced non-degree studies aimed at supporting lifelong learning.
MOME OPEN’s ambition is to fill the gap in the 21st century knowledge transfer efforts by creating and operating a relevant offering of creative art and design courses and by integrating technology as well as business applicability. Our aim is to train and educate adults who pursue their passions and would like to fast track their careers or start a new one so they can enrich the creative sector with new outstanding skills and competences.
Key responsibilities
● Develop and execute a clear strategy that brings MOME OPEN non-degree courses to be best-in-class in the Central European region
● Build strong partnership and establish active cooperation with the university’s academic community especially within the university’s innovation related activities
● Expand partnerships with the business sector and with other high impact institutions
● Create and execute MOME OPEN’s marketing and communication strategy together with our internal BRAND&Communication department
● Financial planning and coordination
● Managing and supervising administrative and operational duties related to the position
● relevant (5+ years) experience in business/product development and/or sales
● 3+ years managerial/leadership experience
● Up to date knowledge of the trends in the creative industry
● Outstanding communication & cooperation skills
● University degree
● Fluent English language skills
● Experience in training/course/event management and development - considered as advantage
