Explore your superpowers and join Telenor Hungary’s team as a B2B Senior Segment Manager.
As B2B Senior Segment Manager your responsibilities will include:
-Active participation in development of core segment and product strategy for business segments and creation of activities’ roadmap;

-Commercial product development;

-End-to-end responsibility for go-to-market activities of core products;

-Definition of customer journeys and lifecycle management of existing base incl. lead generation, core related customer segmentation and related CRM campaigns;

-Organize Customer Value Management activities in case of all B2B SMB segment:
Upsell / crossel offer logic and process development,
Loyalty campaigns handling in all B2B channels with value increasing, process and logic development;

-Responsible for creation of core products related sales materials;

-Training of related sales teams;

-Creating core product management framework including research, pivoting, follow-up and potential adjustment;

-Monitoring and analyzing core product performance in sales, revenue / margin generation and customer satisfaction and identification of related activities;

-Strong collaboration with Hungarian B2B marketing and sales teams & Product Delivery Team in creation of aligned core segment strategy, and customer handling;

-Promoting a ‘teamwork approach’ and working collaboratively with other units.
You are an ideal candidate for this position if you have:
-College or university degree (preferably in Economics);

-3+ year of relevant experience;

-Strong customer and delivery focus;

-Ability to understand the big picture while paying attention to details;

-Ability to manage time well and to work in fast pace environment with tight deadlines;

-Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and in Hungarian;

-Confidence when selling ideas to top management by implementing structured, informative presentations.
